At 5pm tonight at Stirling bus station I had a horrible driver shouting at me from inside his bus not once but twice as a young woman I felt so uncomfortable even with me being in my own car. Called the office and got a really lovely guy on the phone that is going to deal with it.

Driver in Stirling today at 1700 doesn't know his highway code. Nearly ran me over on a pedestrian crossing. Sort your drivers out and their attitude!

Disgusting. The staff are rude and obnoxious. They enjoy using what little bit of authority they have, usually on the most vulnerable of passengers. One in particular, who is known as Shugg (Pictured approximately in his late 50s) is the rudest of them all, not a single local citizen has a good experience to share of him. He is of course very polite to young lassies, but abrupt and dam right awkward with males. Complaining about this member of staff gets you nowhere as he gets protected by Colin Docherty the company director. However moves are being made by multiple local citizens to go above the company itself. Because as much as they are a private to hire coach service, they also have Perth and Kinross Council contracts for local service and school busses. Its clear the reason they think that they can treat people as they do is because they quite literally are the only game in town, meaning they have the monopoly on bus/coach services just now and people have no alternative. I would advise anyone who needs to get around locally try and get a lift off someone, use an Uber or taxi or reschedule your plans.
