It's been ages. Lawyer can't even sign our lease. Poor service. Not recommended

I instructed Jennifer Keane in June 2022 to advise us on our business commercial lease as tenants. I can honestly say from start to not even finishing point YET it has been a disaster. I call and email for action and get no response for weeks. At one stage she also denied she received my emails and I had to forward these again which clearly stated the date and time it was originally sent. I work for the NHS and have had to block off my clinic, cancel patients and take unpaid leave to exit hospital grounds for signal. This is all so I can to try and call her during working hours for any response. It is just an absolute disgrace. Each time I call the receptionist state she is on her lunch or has clients. We are losing time and money now and most of all our sanity. Since June it has been numerous excuses to why we cannot proceed to sign our lease yet as their is pending this item and pending another. When she provides this information of what things are required to proceed, I take it back to the landlords solicitor who reports they provided these items to her weeks ago?! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional service in the legal field and will be reporting the neglect of our case to the law society.
