        Good prices at the moment. Just seem a bit disorganised and unprofessional occasionally. It is quite a sizeable advance payment each time, so like to be reassured.

        Family and friends have been using for a while now, but sadly we have had a bad experience after a good run. Oil arrived 2 days late, Tank fitted with a new watchman sonic advanced app. App Stated c.557 litres prior to fill and visually checked at about half on tank measure, ordered 650 litres to fill ( 1100 capacity), after it had been filled the app stated 1038 litres and you can see that it was not up to the top => short by c.150 litres. Raised with watchman and checked calibration, nothing to account for that much variation, you can also see that it is not full. Raised with Bryce, promised phone calls from the boss / manager which never happened, kept having to chase them everyday. They state there reader out of the lorry is correct...but all i can say is visually ours is not full as requested and verified by app that it did not go in our tank. We also have an alarm on the tank and CCTV so nothing has been stolen. Not interested in resolving or compromising ( We wanted the tank full and offered to meet in the middle and pay half )...out of principle i will take further legally as fed up with businesses taking advantage and delivering poor service.

        Excellent service and best price after calling 9 other suppliers. I mentioned that I was very low on heating oil and although they quoted approx. 3 days they came the next morning. Really happy with polite office staff and delivery driver. THANK YOU!

        I've been using Bryce oils for a couple of years now. I've always found them really polite and helpful. On a couple of occasions I ran out of oil and they were able to deliver within 24hrs. The delivery drivers are efficient and easy to deal with. Most of the time I don't even know they've been! Can't rate them highly enough.
