Zebra Signs

I have used Zebra Signs many times over the years and have always found them to be very professional and accommodating. The owner Nick is very helpful with suggestions etc and nothing is too much trouble. I wound certainly not hesitate in recommending this long established firm.

Phoned this company up about making up a decal for my motorhome and was told to send them photos of the job in hand. Never even acknowledged that he'd received them....very unprofessional....avoid!

I phoned zebra signs to undertake a shop sign and a window decal ,the professionalism is second to none my sign and window decal were amazing ,I've had over 200 people comment how great is looks , It's a very personal service and your taken care of , I gave him no notice and phoned him on the offchance he could do it quick to which he agreed straight away,I actually live on an island and the effort he went to was well appreciated , I wouldn't use anyone else I've also asked him to do a van for me as well ,if your looking for a good tradesman who knows his trade look no further you'll be looked after and the prices are excellent

VERY unprofessional!! Left this company for over 7 days with a job to design and then called them .. after 4 calls and voice mails left the answers number 5 call to say to me they had done the art work and were just waiting to get the sizes of the van it was for ! They hadn't been able to do this as the garage were off sick . he then said the garage was back at work the next day and that he would take the pictures and super impose it on and send me the proof the following day . (I thought great) 1 day later I tried again to see if they had a chance to do it and again 3 txts and 3 calls ignored. Then I got them and they said sorry I'm with a customer we will call you back in 10 minutes later. Now today 9 days later they have told me the won't be doing my job! This company for what ever reason is unfriendly and very unprofessional . And to top it off did not have the dencecy to call me to tell me that they emailed .
