Just took my dad for an appointment for a filling. He's 89. We were 5 mins late. They said we had missed appointment and would have to reschedule. Nobody else in waiting room. They were all coming out with cups of tea and coffee. Last time I took dad we had to wait ages past his appointment time before he was taken. Very poor.

This dentist is a joke they should be fined every time they miss an appointment also the receptionist is cheeky and rude apparently no one in their knows how to start the complaint process or it's not there job so funny

Unprofessional and cheeky staff. Took my child to have a check up, last dentist handled him in a way that was uncomfortable for us both and made me out a bad mum for them not able to give me an appointment in the 2 years of begging. Returned to given appointment today and he was refused the work on him because he was booked under someone who isn't taking on new patients or dealing with children. This appointment should have never been given if that was the case.
