Have recieved numerous emails and texts from this company stating I've missed my virgin media payments. I have missed none. I have shown proof and they still continue to harrass and pester me for money which is not owed. When speaking to virgin media customer care they stated they had never heard of this company and advised me not to pay. But the texts, calls and emails keep on coming.

SCAM!! I called them. After letter to my address wrong name. Didn't want to no where the name on letter actually lived. No information wanted. No company name they where collected for

Thank you to all that posted your experiences. Thanks to you I'm much relieved now as I got a letter from this scammers saying I own almost 2000 to HMRC. I just checked HMRC website , Credit score, anything to see if I owned HMRC any money ,couldn't find anything. The letter seemed legit as they even had the contacts at the back of citizen advice bureau and so on . No typos , address and name correct ....so these people are sofisticated and may harm many vulnerable people. I'm clearly reported them to the police to see if they can be stopped.
