Very unprofessional. They don't deliver fridges upright! Only got a lot of fluff about how they've always delivered appliances upright yet their delivery people admitted to delivering fridges all the time on their side....."No worries, just leave it standing for a couple of hours.". No apologies in any form. When we arranged the delivery, we specifically asked for the fridge to be delivered upright. We were promised that it would be. The fridge was picked up by a vehicle with a tailgate and it was upright. We helped load it. When it got to Arran, they transferred it to another vehicle without a tailgate and laid the fridge on its side. As advised by a local fridge engineer, we had to leave the fridge to stand for 36 hours to have the best chance of it still working. Their motto is "We deliver the goods, not excuses." Technically it was picked up and delivered when promised, but they didn't keep their promise to keep the fridge upright. They used to be better. Very disappointing. It used to be a company we felt safe with,.
