Maybe they don't have enough staff but I waited in most of 2 days for a call back which never happened. I even called and emailed and still no response.

Waste of energy be expected to get a phone call request for update ignored up to five times over the period of 6 weeks before getting a response! When that call comes you get told you only phoned one time definitely treat you stupid like it never happened the vibe I got from the returned phone call today was that my conditions are not important enough
