        Between buses not arriving on time or not arriving at all have to say the service has went mad downhill. Still haven't received my refund for a day rider that was activated just as they announced route closures during the orange walk, even though i contacted the twitter team, the complaints dept and the refunds dept separately. . Tonight my other half has been left stranded because the last bus just never turned up. Absolute joke.

        It is rather concerning that some bus drivers (not all of them) are unaware of the highyway code distances for cyclists! and the unsafe use of there horn! Please brief your drivers on safe practice for cyclists on the road before they cause accidents and injury.. (bus details taken and reported).
