        Popped in to see if they could change my car-key battery (Hyundai i40 type). Shop assistant took it looking puzzled, saying he'd not seen this particular key type and proceeding to jam a bladed tool into the side to try and prise it open. He failed. Succeeded only in damaging the rubberised material of my key. He did not apologise. Learning point here: if you don't know what to do, don't try and use brute force. Rather unprofessional, would not recommend.
