        As a customer who has both of his parents in the home I can say that this home is full of amazing and caring staff who have a genuine interest in the health, well being and happiness of the people in their care. I have personally seen them work around the challenges (physical, mental and social) that comes with housing a married cpl across different wards/floors and they did an amazing job. The 4 stars are for the staff :-) the last star is missing because the home needs more staff and better wages for them all (maybe a share of the profits? :-) ). Keep up the great work!

        If you have a problem with the way another staff member works, you should take them to the side and talk, NOT SHOUT AND THREATEN TO HIT THEM IN FROM OF OTHER CARERS AND RESIDENTS
