        Again I added a request and a change of delivery date. I have the email to say that my delivery date had been updated. I also asked for it to go to my neighbours. As usual the request was ignored and card put in door to say I was not in and not even on my requested day. Royal Mail you are the worst delivery service out there.

        About time the Posties at Arbroath got medals. They work in all weathers and now have to risk Covid Russian Roulette just to get letters through to folk.

        The website really needs to be updated on a weekly basis. On various occasions, I've gone to the office to collect a parcel and it's either closed or has a totally different opening time compared to the website. Plus the 'leave in a safe place' option seems to gave been ignored when Royal Mail gives me that option. Very frustrating. Jumping through hoops to change working hours for the redelivery service too which is usually 3 days after the original delivery attempt. C'mon folks.....you can do better. You are Royal Mail!
