Just joined this chemist and must say they have been very helpfull and great towards me and my partner but u do wait a while longer than my other chemist thanks for al your helps guys

Have been using Davidsons for 30 years but wont be anymore. Do not recommend Arbroath branch. Customer service is so rubbish, prescriptions are never ready in time frame given, always asked if i can come back another time, always have to wait half an hour no matter when you go, even with with leaving it an extra day before picking up! staff dont seem to ever pick up the pace no matter how many people are waiting or lining up out the door along the street in the freezing cold, or be bothered to communicate with customers. They wouldnt even phone another branch for me to see if the medication was available somewhere else. Had to do a 40 mile round trip to get the medication from another branch.

Women are Gracious n help when needed, Ive used a couple of different chemists n this is far the best, so far. I had complications from the start but mainly because of the doctor, which has now been rectified, n has been for months. Best time to miss all the queues is around 10/10,30 am. Hope this has helped, cheery
