Angus Motorhome Hire

Extremely disappointed in Angus motorhomes. The hire was advertised as luxury which could not have been further from the truth. The drivers mirror was taped together following a previous collision, the awning was broken so unusable, the seating was ripped with hard plastic coming through which prevented us from using the area, blinds did not retract, pump was broken so no flushing toilet, one cupboard latch was broken, others sticking, the van itself was smelly and the waste water had not been emptied properly and required flushed through with boiling water to clear fat globules. The cutlery was cheap and nasty....I could go on. The owners promised a refund as all issues were communicated throughout the hire but no refund received as yet! The van should have been collected full of fuel but there was less than a quarter tank, the fuel gauge was dubious throughout hire This motorhome was advertised as luxury but was not even as good as basic Advertised as suitable for six persons, spacewise this was possible but the comfort of the king-size and lower double did not suit more than one night. On a positive note, the upper double was very comfortable hence the one star rating.
