        Was in store today and I was struggling with bits and a very friendly and helpful staff member took my shopping to the till for me and tallied it up also, great help since I am on crutches.

        Used to be a great shop when first opened. Now full off tat. Most things over a pound as well..Also can be had cheaper next door in home bargain's.

        Worst experience in Arbroath Poundland due to a rude shop assistant on Christmas Eve I had taking cash from the cash machine and it was all stuck together so I lightly wet the tip of my finger to separate it which Im sure many people do she began shouting I was disgusting and being rude making a big scene in front of others and my grandchildren, I apologised and explained what I was doing and she continued to to shout verbal abuse at me Im a nurse who is kind and hates confrontation and certainly not disgusting. She then in a rude manner said I have had enough of you next customer now move.I reported this and Im still waiting on a reply. My grandchildren were upset and didnt understand why this lady was so rude.
