        secretary most unhelpful and very dismissive - character can only be described as "hitleresque" shall we say to be polite. totally unwilling to as for advice from superiors even wholly unable to deal with situations beyond her control........ fantastic G.P. - getting past the receptionist is eemingly impossible leaving matters unresolved
