        My 80% goose down duvet had some construction issues with the pockets. The Duvet Company have been very helpful getting me a replacement at a very reasonable price (as I was out of warranty). Everyone I've spoken to/emailed has been very considerate and polite, in spite of my delays notifying them of the issue. I've given 5 stars as the new duvet (new supplier) is wonderful - well filled, well-sewn pockets and altogether better than the one we got several years ago..

        The option to try a duvet out for a couple of hours (protected by a duvet cover) made all the difference, I ordered several to choose the best and was so glad I did, very happy with my choice, all were great quality and prices and the purchase and returns process very efficient.
