Absolutely shocking experience! Phones are constantly engaged from 08.00. Cant see a doctor. Cant speak to a doctor. Doctor cant call back on foreign number. All you get is some receptionist who thinks theyre a medical professional

By far the worst doctors practice ever! They take the term practice very literally and the receptionists seem to think they are the doctors. Absolutely disgusting. Everyone involved with running that place should be truly ashamed of themselves.

Doctors are mostly supportive (shout out to Baldwin MVP). Receptionists can be a bit blunt but I guess sometimes you have to be. The recording states that we should give a brief description of our issue to the receptionist. So whoever put the one star review in.... You realise you have the right to tell them you don't want to and you'd rather discuss with a Doctor, simple. Not one of them has pushed me to discuss anything with them, if I advised them I was not comfortable discussing it they would go ahead and make an appointment anyway. It's mainly to make sure you actually need to see a Doctor and not just a nurse. You realise how much GPs time is wasted dealing with things a chemist or nurse could deal with? Big boy pants on next time and listen to the recording, it's not mandatory that you discuss anything with them
