        I was behind a DuaLs car today at the junction on east muirlands, by the shell garage. The driver was obviously a new learner and was turning right. I was shocked to see no sign of indicators, the car just sat there until the road was clear. This is a shocking way to teach anyone how to drive. No wonder so many drivers don't indicate as they should.
