        Absolutely agree with the rest of the bad reviews , this company is unkind and cold. Poor customer service. I required a change of window handle it the lock changed and it was an emergency situation. The lady said nobody is in the office and I asked if there was anywhere I could turn to for help. She may aswell have stuck up her middle finger as she just needed dthe call with do what you have to do when I said I may have to call the ifre brigade. Then when I reached out to them later that day after I couldn't get my key are policy to cover it to have them down next day they tried to over change me and demanded I pay upfront. They targeted me to say you have to pay upfront but my garden let who replaced a window for me was invoiced after. I decided to go with another glazing company who showed empathy and said they would do everything they can to help. Poor customer service that won't be gaining any positivity with grumpy negatively be vibes there that don't help people and demand money . I wouldn't even add one star upfront
