Operators have no respect and dignity for the disabled & elderly. Very rude and arrogant! Shouldn't be allowed to work with the council without proper training. Very disappointing...

Phone council 3 times about something that was important and 3 times they told me that they would be calling me back they never did. Why am I paying council tax when i can't get a response from them, i too would give them no star rating but can't
