        Its no use at all if you phone the number for Arbroath TSB to be told to go online banking. I dont bank with this company . I wanted to know what was the highest interest rate, they could give me any account for 5% and above

        Went in to attend to some transactions, but, the Tellers desks were closed However I was approached, and, asked how I could be helped. In a short space of time, my business had been attended to.

        A sad state of affairs when the TSB couldn't even organise a money transfer abroad, even when given the relevant details. Plus myself and the other customers did not appreciate having to tell our banking business publically so that everyone could hear. I'll be closing my account since this is the second time I've been let down by the TSB.
