Gentle Waves Reiki Practice

I received a 30 minute reiki session fom Graeme last week and even though I've been interested in reiki for years and vaguely known how it works, I was astonished by my experience. Graeme was extremely personable and professional and made sure I was calm and comfortable throughout the session. He explained everything beforehand so I knew what to expect and helped me to ground myself afterwards. Following my session when I got home, I felt an energy blockage from years of trauma start to release, which again Graeme explained to me and helped me through, ensuring I was comfortable and felt safe with my experience. After this, I felt as if a huge weight had been lifted from me, and I felt overall more calm, positive and able to handle and manage my symptoms more easily. I couldn't speak highly enough of Gentle Waves Reiki practice and will be booking another appointment in the next couple of weeks to continue with my healing. Thank you so much, namaste.
