My grandsons absolutely loves pony riding here. It is very friendly and safe.

I had received a gift voucher for my birthday July 2019 for riding lessons at the Leys riding school. Never ridden before so decided to knuckle down and finish my studies at the end of 2019 and planned to use it summer 2020. Covid hits, i had to self isolate at the beginning of the year then when i was safe i was back working 2 jobs in frontline vet practices to aid in the pandemic for the rest of the year so could not use it (as i only had 3 days off in a 2 week span). Needless to say the whole world was on hold. Called up last year and told not to worry they are extending the vouchers, no dates or that given just that they were extending. Called today to discuss what could be done as i finally had time off, restrictions had eased and i am now fully vaccinated. THEY SAID NO.. They also responded i could feed you a sop story too when explained my situation... 60 gone. Gutted to say the least because none of it is my fault, i was upset due to how i was spoken to and the lack of understanding. I have been told other local riding schools are fully extending their vouchers so I definitely feel hard done by. How was I supposed to know winter 2019 that there was about to be a global pandemic Outraged at the lack of remorse and understanding, 60 and not even a genuine sorry let alone extension due to circumstance or refund.
