Bought my first car and omg I could not be happier with the service I received! James was soooo helpful, knowledgeable and didn't bat an eyelid at me falling in love with the car and naming it before I'd even bought it . I had absolutely no clue about cars but James could not have been more helpful and made everything so easy . Absolutely recommend Park's.

The personal service we got was straight from the textbook on customer service. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed of information regarding the cars we looked at and was updated on every aspect of the buying process. The videos were personalised between the salesman and myself gave details of what was happening at every stage, what to expect and what I was to do next in securing the car I wanted. I never felt under any pressure (unlike other places Ive been) but felt that Parks, and specifically the salesman, were working for me and listened to my requirements. They were also able to suggest a car that was a little bit under my spec, but they knew that it had everything I wanted and more. Thank you, Parks, Mark, and mostly to James for your attention to detail, communication, and the personalised service. I felt in control of the whole process but guided expertly by yourselves. I will definitely be working with you again for my next car!!
