        Phoned salon on 8th April to book for guest wedding hair up and makeup which all was fine. Was asked to message details backing this up which I did and was told someone would get in touch with me for ideas and to pay deposit. No call came, I contacted again middle April to see if all was ok to be told someone will contact me in next couple of days as staff were juggling Easter breaks and kids and guess what? Still no phone call. Appalling customer service and and to run a business in this manner is shocking
