        Quite a nice and reasonably priced cafe. They lost one star for very slow service (they only have one toastie maker!), and two for displaying a racist caricature. If I had seen it before I had ordered, I would not have gone in. In 2023!

        It was okay. The young people running it were struggling to work with one functional toastie maker so the service was rather slow but the food was decent, particularly the cakes. Vintage plates and teacups were lovely. Less cool was the vintage tea wallpaper featuring a golliwog. Im not a POC but I think that would put me off returning. Maybe stick something over that particular bit? Because some old stuff isnt as nice other old stuff.
