        Arranged an appointment to discuss work and a quote. Over an hour after arranged time I was called to say someone would be with me in just under an hour, which I declined as I had since left the house. I had rescheduled other plans to accommodate this. A second appointment was suggested for early the next day, which I accepted. Around 15 minutes later I received a voicemail saying this would not work as their other appointments the next day were too far from me so wouldn't be suitable and I would need to call to arrange a different date. I tried to phone multiple times over 2 days with no answer. Complete waste of time.
