sent email asking if i could order a spare part for my stove, no response so eventually managed to get through to the company office to be greeted by an extremely rude employee essentially saying don't bother asking for parts, we don't stock them, you're on your own.

Visited the showroom a coiple od weeks ago, noone around but saw a notice on the door with a number to call and somone would come round, so i did, rather rude woman answered the phone and said that she was in Gretna and they only do internet business, so why does the website say the showroom is open, went elsewhere, very rude right off the mark, not wasting my time dealing with them.

Like a few have said they do not carry any spares, I bought a Adorne stove which after 3 years cracked with a bang one evening when it hadn't even been lit that day, bought another exactly the same so an easy fit and 3 years later that one went bang when cold too. Both vertically on the front plate between the fire and ashpan doors.

I have bought four stoves from this company and they have all been really good. However it is true that they don't carry spares and the woman is not very helpful which is why I can't give five stars.

Be aware that this company don't carry any spares for there stoves and admit that there web site that claims they do is a lie, They fobbed me off by claiming they would have to recast the linings and baffle plate which would cost 500, (twice the price of the original stove). I also have doubts they make there own. While trying to find the parts for my ADORNE stove I came across identical stoves made by Chinese manufactures at significantly cheaper prices. Just read the reply from seller, what a load of rubbish. I only wanted replacement liners which are classed as a serviceable part (a bit like replacing a worn out clutch on a car). I eventually found a supplier who provide parts for CHINESE made stoves. PS The liners cost less than 40.
