        Based on telephone manners. Polite but useless. Requested call back from sales manager she didn't bother. Requested to speak to a manager put me on hold for 45 minutes. I became bored well before that and hung up. The young man who answered the phone had almost no charisma couldn't create a conversation he couldn't answer questions and I had the feeling he really didn't care less either way. The Irish branch on the other hand is much more likeable from the off... Unfortunately they can't tread in each others toes so he said I have to use the Scottish branch. Yes you've guessed it - around in circles we go. I want to buy 18 but alas due to lack of enthusiasm they get none - thinking of setting up a company in Ireland just to buy from the Irish branch.
