        Placed an order on 27/1/2020 on their website. Ten days later still no parcel, started to chase it up. Not answering emails, not picking up the phone. After chasing for several days with no luck, decided to report as a fraud on Paypal and found out that they have refunded me today and less than I have initially paid. Extremely disappointed! No birthday present for my friend, zero customer service and still owing me money! Shame, as wanted to support local people...
