        Food was lovely, I accidentally knocked my chips over and Rachel an employee was so helpful and kindly replaced my chips immediately. Great customer service and big thank you to Rachel.

        Used to be good pre -covid .Now its the worst place to eat on the M6 /A74. Last two visits had to have refunds as the chips were black and the food reheated to death . Time to close this franchise and do something else. Cafe is also not cleaned properly.

        Price winner for the most soggy fish and undercooked chips. It wasn't busy so no excuses. Fish wasn't tasty, should have had a look at the reviews before sitting in. Never again, avoid.
