        I understand that Eskdalemuir Forestry is one party lobbying for the establishment of a rifle range and car park in the beautiful countryside less than 2km away from the world famous Samye Ling Monastery and Retreat Centre, despite locals and residents of the centre imploring them that this would cause noise pollution and potentially other hazards that would undermine the entire existence of the monastery in this location. It seems that most of the Directors or the company are based in Wales or overseas, so maybe dont really care about the local environment, noise pollution or safety of Eskdalemuir, but hopefully they do and will do the right thing.
