Drainwise ( civils ) Ltd

After being left in a total mess from our builder. We took on the build ourselves, After he ruined our drainage we spoke to drainwise Ltd. Now Im a female who has no idea about drainage, and these phone calls worry me. Will they take the Mick and rip me off? Advise things I do not need? Or just be totally unhelpful? Well this was not the case! I called drainwise and spoke to Graham, he was amazing. I explained our situation and he advised me to send over the plans. He worked out what we needed and said we will deliver this weekend no problem (it was a Friday afternoon) and anything left you can return Tbh I didnt think it could be that simple. But it was!! I have called drainwise several times since with questions and every time, they answer with no complaint. Infact Graham has advised how to do things or what to do. We asked on a Saturday morning for a few bits and it was dropped off that day. Being a total novice on this subject, this has been a god send. I couldnt recommend Drainwise Ltd any more. Out of 5 stars Id give this company 100! And everyone is totally deserved.
