        Rooms: Rooms are clean and nicely decorated Walkability: Close to everything we needed and decent parking. Food & drinks: Good was lovely and hot and plenty to give us a good start to the day.

        Our review matches the others. Dawn is extremely professional and friendly. She was very helpful to us when we left our key behind and waited for us to come back rather than go out herself. The breakfast is superb and not greasy. We had the family room which she didn't have to provide us but because my husband is disabled she let us use it for the price of the normal room. The place is spotless. So clean. We loved its homely feel. Thank you Dawn. X
