Theresa is a great accountant and always goes above and beyond in her customer service. Shes so helpful and work is always completed on time. I never feel like I have to worry about anything as she always has it in hand. Very professional.

Extremely rude, ignored my phone calls. Numerous errors in her work which cost me a significant amount of tax and penalties. Now refusing to provide information to my new accountant.
