        Since early July there are big queues. Waiting time 30 minute's plus. Prescription not even ready to collect 6 days after they received it. Also they are closed 1 till 2 for lunch.

        Absolutely outrageous. Making break at 1 o clock never delivering full prescription, takes ages to ask a question. Dont go there, go to carlisle or dumfriesbinstead im going to write a complain about this outlet for sure

        Queues down the road Ive seen 30 plus people waiting. No one EVER answers the phone. Waited over 2 weeks for insulin. Keep closing for two hour lunch breaks Terrible.
