Picking up a simple prescription will take you hours. The service is so slow its unbelievable. And after waiting all that time you get told they can only fill half your prescription, if they can even find it in the first place. Never used to be this bad.

The staff are friendly enough and my prescription is always there to collect - never any bother. But whether or not the pharmacy is open is very hit or miss. You absolutely can't trust the business hours here on Google. There was even one time I went and there was a note saying something along the lines of 'sorry we're closed due to there being no pharmacist'. It's maddening. That's a bit like saying, 'sorry, we can't accept your 999 call because there's no police/firemen/paramedics available. They're off on holiday!'. If it's not that, it's staff shortages or irregular lunch breaks. Yesterday the opening times were 2pm - 5.30pm and I was also standing in a queue for about an hour and a half or more. The joys of free healthcare.
