I was working in the town and had broken my glasses by accident. I went into this opticians to ask if they could repair them as i did not want to drive home later in the day in the dark without them. I was asked if i had bought them in the shop, then told NO we will not repair them if you have not been bought in here. I explained about the driving at night just to get home but the woman was very abrupt. They were not willing to help somebody who was in the towntrying to help the whole area.

i was in with my daughter, we had a very lovely experience as this was the time of the pandemic. was told to wear masks an sanitize at the door which wasnt a problem. all the staff were lovely an they helped my daughter choose her new glasses. very happy little girl

My husband went here as we are new to the area. He found them extremely professional and thorough. The staff were cheerful, polite and very helpful. We have been very impressed with this company from start to finish. Thank you all at James Kidner.
