It's OK, and thats very generous. It really isn't the best soft-play we've ever been too. Could do with modernising, better equipment and a fresh lick of paint. Everything seemed old and worn and the under 3's area was just a corner of soft mats with a couple of big bricks and a soft rocking horse. The older kids kept on running over and diving about in there even though it was clearly against the rules and no member of staff attempted to enforce this so it was left to us mums having to remind kids as old as 7 or 8 that it wasn't appropriate to dive into a play area dedicated to under 3's. I never once saw any of their parents looking over and checking them, that was a little disappointing from a parent point-of-view. In the end I had to remove my 1yr old daughter as it was too rawdy and dangerous. And I agree with others on the reviews here, it is quite grubby and smelly and the toilets really need a good and thorough bleaching! If there was absolutely nothing else and were desperately pulling our hair out for something to do, I might then be persuaded to go back again, but otherwise, I wouldn't waste my money or time on such a basic and dirty play area.

Used this play centre a lot when I first moved to Annan 9 years ago and for what it was back then it was OK. However it has not been modernised since and in the past 4 years when I had returned with my kids each time thereafter they ended up ill. Its hardly surprising as the cleaning of the facility has a lot to be desired the staff the play area looks as if it doesn't get regularly cleaned, the high chairs and toilets are needed in thoroughly cleaned and the old leather couched need replaced with something that can be disinfected with detergent. I refuse to go there now, I would recommend the Hetland Garden Centres Dino Park play centre instead its a 15 minute drive away and well worth the money .

Clean and friendly staff. Child had no complaints. I never used any of the facilities apart from ordering drinks.
