As sorry as I am for this hotel, I unfortunately have to give it a negative rating. Price/performance would be very good and the hotel is very centrally located. Unfortunately there is a pub on the bottom floor and it plays extremely loud music. If you don't have a problem with that, then this is the right place for you... Otherwise, I strongly advise against booking this hotel. If we had known that, we would definitely have gone to another hotel. Zero consideration from the pub to the hotel guests. I hope this review helps you make a decision.

An absolute gem in the centre of Annan. A warm welcome greeted us on arrival from the team and we were efficiently booked in. Room was fantastic. Large, loads of natural light and comfy bed. Quieter than expected considering its in centre of town. An amazing breakfast was served by Amy and the team, the best in Annan Im told, and I believe it! Front of house, Maddy, made sure we had everything we needed and never missed a beat! The team work exceptionally hard to ensure everything is in hand and nothing is any trouble. A real tribute to how a small business stays relevant by creating a point of difference. Like a said, a real gem in the centre of Annan. Thank you a very memorable stay. Thank you.
