I recently (January 2019) Arranged with this guy to come to service a stove and he gave me a specific date. He failed to turn up and made no contact to let me know that he wouldn't be coming. He made no response to many txts and phone calls that day or in the following days. I continued to try to contact him and, eventually, I got an answer from his mobile. He said that he was on holiday and he "was just about to txt me". Yeah sure you were. He apologised for not coming on the day that he had arranged to and we made another specific arrangement for him to call to service the stove after he returned from holiday. Of course, that day came and went with no visit, no phone call, no txt and no response to my many txts and phone calls wondering where he was. This was on the coldest day of the year and, expecting him to honour his arrangement, I didn't light the stove . I've had no contact with him since although I've tried many times to contact him. An absolute disgraceful and disrespectful service. If you want a good sweep in Annan, phone John Legg.
