We had to contact Jon and Euan last week when our boiler stopped working and they were there the very same day, with help from Erin, to make sure a new one was ordered in time for Christmas. Nothing is too much bother for them and I feel secure and safe knowing they are there to help. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this team for their professionalism and expertise. Thank you all again.

I have used this firm ( Jon Pennycook) years ago. However I lost touch with them. I have had to call Jon out on Boxing Day, he responded very quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. More importantly he replaced the broken pump and serviced the pressure vessel. Most of the problems should have been dealt with during a service by another plumbing firm when the boilers was serviced in November. I cannot praise him enough. My advice is go no further than Tayside Boiler Services.
