        Got quotes for 3 headstones back in December one of which we chose and went ahead and placed order 1st week Feb. Zero communication since, despite calling on several occasions to query in invoice & confirmation that stone had been ordered we never received this. With an ailing father I was keen to get my mothers stone erected ASAP so he could see it and explained this to Andy who assured me on each phone call was yeah its definitely ordered will call you back in 5 mins .. never happened. Now 3 months down the line & clear no stone ordered. If they didnt want or couldnt fulfil the job then why not just say instead of mucking people around & holding up the process further !!! The death of a loved one is difficult enough without this unnecessary stress. Avoid !!!
