Don't don't..after signing up paying a deposit to get a roof coated and facias and guttering..it took umpteen calls to the company over nearly 5 months ...with no correspondence and limited returned calls...eventually the roof was done and then began another long long wait for the gutteting and facias...again no communication from the company no returned calls..after continuous chasing up ..after three weeks of them saying they would get back to me they then announced the tradesman had left and the company had no one who could carry out the work..UNBELIEVABLE..and this customer was 85yrs old ...left with half a job done ...disgraceful customer service and would not recommend them!!!

Have just had my roof done today with James & Nathan.I am over the moon with the completed job.They were polite & 1st.class workers who never had a break.The never stopped working until the work was finished.As we had good weather the job was done in one day.They left the house looking brand new tidying up before they left.Would recommend Elite without a doubt.Thanks again guys.

Total disregard for neighbouring properties. My paths were left in such a mess I felt like crying. I had to clean them as I walk right into my living room so my carpet would have been ruined. I had to clean half of my windows as they were left filthy and I had only cleaned them 2 days before. I complained to the company and I got a half baked apology from the workman and I asked him about my gutters. I showed him the muck which I had scraped off my paths and said what are my gutters going to be like. He said they would look and clean them but they didnt. They didnt even secure the property that they were working on - they went away and left the back gate wedged open! I had to go and secure the property as my neighbour was away. Absolute cowboys!!
