        Booked a taxi with alans taxis 24 hours in advance . He then didn't show up, with no explanation.. he would not answer his phone. , leaving me stranded miles from home in the middle of the night with no other way home. I then messaged him on his Facebook page where he has now blocked me for no reason whatsoever.. i am very very disappointed. Will never ever use alans taxis again..

        Best Taxi's Ive ever gotten, always went for Alans Taxis whenever I needed a Taxi. Decent priced and very talkative friendly staff. They always helped me with my shopping bags into car and dropped them at my door for me. Always give them a wee tip too for helping. Unlike other taxi ranks these ones are the best ones. So if ur looking for a taxi go for Alans Taxis. Id give more than 5 stars too if I could. Best Company Going.
