        really looking forward to the Highland Bay crab cakes that I purchased from a local garden centre.Not a cheap item nearly 6.00 for 2 so had very high expectations. Sadly not met. the outer breadcrumb casing good (due to the use of Panko breadcrumbs)but the inside very disappointing from expecting a lovely fresh fleshy moist filling to getting a brown very mushy mess. It seems that the crab cake has been made with the brown meat not a hint of white flesh anywhere nor a distinct taste of crab. To be fair the packet does not give a percentage of white/brown meat but for the price one would expect white meat. packaging better than product but based on this will not be trying any of this companies other products. Only giving one star as cannot post without it
