        It really depends who is behind the counter, some ladies are very nice and helpful, however there is one who is rude and makes you feel unwelcome. For this reason my partner even refuses to go to this branch and rather drives to Dingwall PO!!

        the younger women in the right side of post office was rude with the way she speaks to the O.A.P and clear no customer care skills no thankyou or please just orders

        Depends who is serving but I have found this post office to be Rude. A bad attitude, like people who don't enjoy their job with a chip on their shoulder. slightly abrasive and unessisarily sarcastic. Generally try to avoid them and go to Invergordon if I can help it. Others may have had better experiences.
