Can not recommend Wedding Belles enough. Mel went above and beyond to send me dresses to try on at home when I couldn't come out to the shop during the pandemic, and had the best advice and amazing customer service when I was in store later on to say 'yes' to my perfect dress. There are lots of beautiful dresses and styles in the shop, and plus size sizes to try on, too. The changing area is very comfortable and spacious and Mel has lots of accessories to try on. Mel is the loveliest person and I'm so happy I found my dress at Wedding Belles!

I'd like to start this review by saying I am a pretty socially awkward person and I never thought I would be going into a bridal outlet to try on wedding dresses. After a near disaster ordering a dress online I looked for a local outlet near me, searching from Beauly I found Mel at Wedding Belles in Alness and after messaging with her one morning I booked to go and try some different styles on. I went with my future sister in law and was so nervous but within minutes Mel had me feeling at ease and I felt like I was chatting with a friend. She made me so comfortable and offered great advice on different dress styles, the one I fell in love with was a style I hadn't thought would suit me! Mel went above and beyond in helping me with this dress and I am so so grateful to her for everything she's done for me and I can highly recommend booking an appointment with her! There's really no need for the big city outlets like I thought I would need! Also, in these covid times she was very considerate and had procedures in place to ensure we felt safe and comfortable, really nothing to worry about. Thank you for everything Mel
