Lady on Reception was particularly impressive (28/04/23 @ 7pm). Informative, efficient, polite - but most importantly not too much. On arrival, we like to know the basics and get to the room without too much fuss and she was excellent. Room was spacious. Dinner and breakfast - nice. Had breakfast delivered and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't fault anything. We had an overnight dbb stay bought for us as a birthday gift which was a good thing as we will definitely return. Rooms: Spacious
